We combined this Hike with Stoddard Peak. Frankish Peak is a long, hot and grueling hike. There is a very steep section up to the Peak, otherwise just a long stretch on a fire road - we were happy when we bagged this Peak.

The sign honors the Frankish people that used to live in this area.
