The mountain with a name of uncertain origin

We have a new sign in the Angeles National Forest - Wella's Peak. It is a cool hike close to the city and close to Brown Mountain - but no records can be found on why it is called Wella's Peak. We captured the beauty of the scenery on our sign - Enjoy!
